Texas High School Volleyball - Troup over Waskom

Troup Tigers (Troup, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Waskom Wildcats (Waskom, TX), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Chapel Hill Bulldogs (Tyler, TX) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, October 3. Troup will attempt to advance on its 19-11 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 16-16 record after their 3-0 league loss to Henderson (Henderson, TX).

With the loss, Waskom drops to 5-15 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Jefferson (Jefferson, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 3A Region II District 16 match on Friday, October 6. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 12-19.
