The Pioneer Valley Christian Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Holyoke Purple Knights to 1 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now possess a 10-0 record. They play next when they host Commerce for a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 1. Pioneer Valley Christian will clash with a Red Raiders team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Sabis International (Springfield, MA). The Red Raiders record now stands at 2-10.
The Purple Knights (5-5) will now prepare for their match against Chicopee Comp (Chicopee, MA). The Colts enter the non-league match with a 7-4 record. In their last match, Chicopee Comp gained a win over Pittsfield (Pittsfield, MA), 3-0, in a non-league match.
