The Pioneer Valley Christian Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Holyoke Purple Knights to 0 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now have a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Commerce for a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 10. Pioneer Valley Christian will confront a Red Raiders squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Sabis International (Springfield, MA). The Red Raiders record now stands at 0-3.
The Purple Knights (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Chicopee Comp (Chicopee, MA). The Colts go into the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Chicopee Comp gained a win over Commerce (Springfield, MA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
