Tharptown Wildcats (Russellville, AL) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Sheffield Bulldogs (Sheffield, AL), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Tharptown improves its record to 10-14 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Mars Hill Bible (Florence, AL) to face the Panthers in a 2A Area 14 test on Tuesday, September 30. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 18-8.

The Bulldogs now own a 0-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Colbert County for a non-league test on Thursday, October 2.
