Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Cibola Cougars (Albuquerque, NM) and the host Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM), saw Cibola's soccer squad hold off Rio Rancho by a count of 1-0.
The Cougars (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM). The Hawks enter the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Volcano Vista tipped Sandia (Albuquerque, NM), 10-0, in a non-league battle.
