The Mountain Ridge Sentinels soccer team (Herriman, UT), was tipped 2-1 in Tuesday's league match with the visiting Copper Hills Grizzlies (West Jordan, UT)

With the triumph, Copper Hills moves its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Grizzlies travel to Herriman (West Herriman, UT) to meet the Mustangs in a 6A Region 2 match on Thursday, September 5. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 7-2.

The Sentinels now sport a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they host Salt Lake Academy for a 6A Region 2 match on Tuesday, September 10. Mountain Ridge will meet a Griffins team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Corner Canyon (Draper, UT). The Griffins record now stands at 0-7.
