Next, the Yellow Jackets meet the Lowndes Vikings (Valdosta, GA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 4. Thomas County Central will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Vikings go into the test with a 3-9 record after their 8-0 league loss to Tift County (Tifton, GA).

The Packers (4-8) will now prepare for their test against Houston County (Warner Robins, GA). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 7-6 record. In their last test, Houston County was routed by Tift County (Tifton, GA), 7-4, in a non-league test.
