The Park Hill Trojans softball team scored 1 runs and held the visiting Staley Falcons to 0 in the Trojans league win on Wednesday.

The Trojans now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Kansas City for a Class 4 District 16 battle on Thursday, September 4. Park Hill will confront a Hornets team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Raytown (Raytown, MO). The Hornets record now stands at 0-2.

The Falcons (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Raymore-Peculiar (Peculiar, MO). The Panthers go into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Raymore-Peculiar was nudged by Kearney (Kearney, MO), 8-4, in a non-league challenge.
