The Hawks now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Eastern Wayne for a Three Rivers 4A bout on Thursday, September 4. North Lenoir will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to North Johnston (Kenly, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 0-5.

The Blue Devils (1-4) will now prepare for their bout against Rosewood (Goldsboro, NC). The Eagles come into the non-league bout with a 8-2 record. In their last bout, Rosewood fell by Midway (Dunn, NC), 3-0, in a league bout.
