Virginia High School Volleyball - McLean over Marshall

McLean Highlanders (McLean, VA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Marshall Statesmen (Falls Church, VA), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Highlanders clash with the Langley Saxons (McLean, VA) in a Liberty match, on Tuesday, October 5. McLean will attempt to advance on its 14-1 season record. The Saxons come into the match with a 8-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Marshall (Falls Church, VA).

With the loss, Marshall drops to 10-7 on the campaign. The Statesmen travel to Washington-Liberty (Arlington, VA) to clash with the Generals in a Liberty match on Thursday, October 7. The Generals come into the match with a record of 4-6.
