The Hanks Knights held off the visiting Parkland Matadors volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Friday's league test.
The Knights now have a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ysleta for a test on Tuesday, October 4. Hanks will confront a Indians team coming off a 2-0 league win over Horizon (El Paso, TX). The Indians record now stands at 1-3.
The Matadors (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Horizon (El Paso, TX). The Scorpions enter the test with a 14-5 record. In their last test, Horizon held off Bel Air (El Paso, TX), 2-0, in a league test.
