The Augusta Panthers volleyball team (Augusta, KY), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Harrison County Thorobreds (Cynthiana, KY)

The Thorobreds (21-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY). The Black Devils come into the District 38 challenge with a 15-11 record. In their last challenge, Robertson County defeated Paris (Paris, KY), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers encounter the Ludlow Panthers (Ludlow, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 4. Augusta will attempt to move on its 3-23 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 11-16 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY).
