The Nikes (23-13) will now prepare for their battle against West Burlington (West Burlington, IA). The Falcons come into the SEI - South battle with a 31-3 record. In their last battle, West Burlington achieved victory over Van Buren County (Keosauqua, IA), 2-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Warriors clash with the Mediapolis Bulldogs (Mediapolis, IA) in a SEI - South battle, on Tuesday, October 3. Van Buren County will attempt to advance on its 7-15 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 11-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Notre Dame (Burlington, IA).
