The Wasilla Warriors (Wasilla, AK) volleyball nudged the visiting South Anchorage Wolverines (Anchorage, AK), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Wasilla upgrades its record to 51-2 on the year. The Warriors travel to Service (Anchorage, AK) to face the Cougars in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 30. The Cougars go into the outing with a record of 17-9. Service won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Nikiski (Nikiski, AK)

The Wolverines now own a 10-11 record. They play next when they travel to Valdez for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 30. South Anchorage will face a Buccaneers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Chugiak (Chugiak, AK). The Buccaneers record now stands at 22-6.
