Willcox Cowboys (Willcox, AZ) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Benson Bobcats (Benson, AZ), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, Willcox improves its record to 8-2 on the season. The Cowboys host San Miguel (Tucson, AZ) to encounter the Vipers in a 2A - South test on Wednesday, October 2. The Vipers go into the test with a record of 1-13. San Miguel lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Bisbee (Bisbee, AZ)

The Bobcats now own a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Desert Christian for a 2A - South test on Tuesday, October 8.
