The Minutemen now possess a 1-10 record. They play next when they travel to Amherst County for a Seminole bout on Tuesday, October 1. Liberty will clash with a Lancers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Jefferson Forest (Forest, VA). The Lancers record now stands at 3-8.

With the loss, Staunton River drops to 0-10 on the campaign. The Golden eagles travel to Northside (Roanoke, VA) to clash with the Vikings in a Blue Ridge bout on Tuesday, October 1. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 2-11. Northside won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Fleming (Roanoke, VA)
