Georgia High School Softball - Central bounces Jefferson County

The Central Chargers softball team scored 21 runs and held the host Jefferson County Warriors to 6 in the Chargers league triumph on Tuesday.

Next, the Chargers meet the Dodge County Indians (Eastman, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 2 challenge, on Wednesday, October 1. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 11-12 season record. The Indians enter the challenge with a 8-10 record after their 17-0 league win over Southwest (Macon, GA).

The Warriors (6-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Dodge County (Eastman, GA). The Indians enter the 1A D-I Region 2 challenge with a 10-10 record. In their last challenge, Dodge County achieved victory over Central (Macon, GA), 17-4, in a league battle.
