Georgia High School Softball - Trinity Christian sneaks past Upson-Lee

September 30, 2025: Sharpsburg, GA 30277

The Trinity Christian Lions (Sharpsburg, GA) softball nipped the visiting Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA), 5-4 in Tuesday's league outing.

The Lions now sport a 8-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fayette County for a 3A Region 2 test on Thursday, October 2. Trinity Christian will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 10-2 league win over Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 9-13.

With the loss, Upson-Lee moves to 4-21 on the season. The Knights travel to Lamar County (Barnesville, GA) to encounter the Trojans in a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 1. The Trojans come into the outing with a record of 19-2. Lamar County won 16-0 in their recent league outing against Putnam County (Eatonton, GA)
