Midland Mustangs (Pleasant Plains, AR) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Alpena Leopards (Alpena, AR), 3-2 in a league test.
With the win, Midland advances its record to 3-8 on the season. The Mustangs host Izard County (Brockwell, AR) to face the Cougars in a 2A 2 test on Thursday, October 2. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 7-4.
The Leopards now sport a 0-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cotter for a 2A 2 test on Thursday, October 2.
