Indiana High School Volleyball - Churubusco crushed by Angola

The Angola Hornets prevailed the host Churubusco Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Hornets confront the McCutcheon Mavericks (Lafayette, IN) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 4. Angola will attempt to better on its 17-5 season record. The Mavericks come into the bout with a 10-14 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Benton Central (Oxford, IN).

With the loss, Churubusco drops to 7-16 on the campaign. The Eagles host West Noble (Ligonier, IN) to clash with the Chargers in a Northeast Corner bout on Thursday, October 2. The Chargers come into the bout with a record of 21-2. West Noble won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Eastside (Butler, IN)
