Next up, the Bears confront the Chatsworth Chancellors (Chatsworth, CA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, October 1. Burroughs will attempt to better on its 15-2 season record. The Chancellors come into the outing with a 18-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Cleveland (Reseda, CA).

With the loss, Hoover drops to 1-13 on the campaign. The Tornados host Arcadia (Arcadia, CA) to clash with the Apaches in a Pacific outing on Thursday, October 2. The Apaches enter the match with a record of 11-7. Arcadia won 3-0 in their recent league match against Muir (Pasadena, CA)
