Florida High School Volleyball - Northside Christian crushed by IMG Academy Royal

In Tuesday's non-league match, the IMG Academy Royal Ascenders (Bradenton, FL) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Northside Christian Mustangs (St. Petersburg, FL), by a count of 3-0.

Coming up next, the Ascenders clash with the Gulf Coast Sharks (Naples, FL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, October 8. IMG Academy Royal will attempt to better on its 15-1 season record. The Sharks come into the bout with a 19-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Canterbury (Fort Myers, FL).

With the loss, Northside Christian drops to 13-9 on the campaign. The Mustangs host St. Petersburg Catholic (St. Petersburg, FL) to clash with the Barons in a 2A District 7 contest on Thursday, October 2. The Barons enter the contest with a record of 7-14. St. Petersburg Catholic won 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Countryside (Clearwater, FL)
