Colorado High School Softball - Lutheran bounces Cheyenne Mountain

September 4, 2024: Colorado Springs, CO 80906

In Wednesday's league match, the visiting Lutheran Lions softball team scored a nice 14-2 win over the Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks.

The Lions (7-1) will now prepare for their match against Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Jaguars come into the non-league match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, Rock Canyon was routed by Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village, CO), 7-4, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Red-Tailed Hawks battle the Canon City Tigers (Canon City, CO) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 6. Cheyenne Mountain will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 4-3 record after their 14-0 non-league win over Dolores Huerta Prep (Pueblo, CO).
