In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Wisconsin School for the Deaf Firebirds volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf Trojans.
The Firebirds (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Rock County Christian (Beloit, WI). The Eagles enter the Indian Trails challenge with a 0-0 record.
Next, the Trojans meet the International School of Minnesota Huskies (Eden Prairie, MN) in a Eastern challenge, on Thursday, September 12. Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
