California High School Flag Football - Oceanside nudges San Dieguito Academy

In Thursday's non-league match, the host Oceanside Pirates flag football squad scored a close 13-12 victory over the San Dieguito Academy Mustangs.
The Pirates (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Rancho Bernardo (San Diego, CA). The Broncos enter the Palomar match with a 0-7 record. In their last match, Rancho Bernardo was nudged by Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA), 47-19, in a non-league match.
Coming up next, the Mustangs confront the Vista Panthers (Vista, CA) in a non-league match, on Monday, September 8. San Dieguito Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 0-3 record after their 43-0 non-league loss to Mt. Carmel (San Diego, CA).
