With the triumph, Southland Academy upgrades its record to 10-4 on the season. The Raiders host Westwood (Camilla, GA) to confront the Wildcats in a GIAA Class A & AA District 3 match on Tuesday, September 9. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 3-5. Westwood lost 10-2 in their recent league match against Fullington Academy (Pinehurst, GA)

In their next game, the Warriors confront the George Walton Academy Bulldogs (Monroe, GA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 6. Southwest Georgia Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 7-5 league win over Bethlehem Christian Academy (Bethlehem, GA).
