Providence Academy Patriots (Rogers, AR) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the host Charleston Tigers (Charleston, AR), 3-1 in a league outing.

The Patriots now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Thaden for a 3A 1 outing on Tuesday, September 9. Providence Academy will play a Barnstormer team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Mansfield (Mansfield, AR). The Barnstormer record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Charleston drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Booneville (Booneville, AR) to play the Bearcats in a non-league outing on Monday, September 8. The Bearcats come into the outing with a record of 1-3. Booneville lost 3-0 in their recent league game against Mayflower (Mayflower, AR)
