The Nezperce Nighthawks volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Deary Mustangs to 2 in the Nighthawks league triumph on Thursday.

The Nighthawks now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Genesee for a 1A Whitepine bout on Tuesday, September 9. Nezperce will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league win over Highland (Craigmont, ID). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-4.

With the loss, Deary drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Orofino (Orofino, ID) to clash with the Maniacs in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 6. The Maniacs come into the bout with a record of 2-4. Orofino won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Clearwater Valley (Kooskia, ID)
