The R.J. Reynolds Demons (Winston-Salem, NC) volleyball nudged the visiting Parkland Mustangs (Winston-Salem, NC), 2-1 in Tuesday's league outing.
With the win, R.J. Reynolds upgrades its record to 4-4 on the year. The Demons travel to Glenn (Kernersville, NC) to face the Bobcats in a outing on Thursday, September 7. The Bobcats go into the outing with a record of 2-8.
The Mustangs now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host T.W. Andrews for a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 6.
