The Salmen Spartans volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Ecole Classique Spartans to 0 in the Spartans non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Spartans now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Christ Episcopal School for a non-league game on Wednesday, September 6. Salmen will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Springfield (Springfield, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-1.
The Spartans (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Fisher (Lafitte, LA). The Gators enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Fisher dropped by McDonogh 35 (New Orleans, LA), 3-0, in a league game.
