The Lawrence County Bulldogs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Martin County Cardinals to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Floyd Central for a District 58 game on Thursday, September 7. Lawrence County will meet a Jaguars team coming off a 3-0 league win over Betsy Layne (Betsy Layne, KY). The Jaguars record now stands at 9-3.

The Cardinals (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Magoffin County (Salyersville, KY). The Hornets enter the District 57 game with a 0-7 record.
