Georgia High School Softball - Appling County bounces Crisp County

In Thursday's league match, the visiting Appling County Pirates softball team scored a nice 15-0 victory over the Crisp County Cougars.
The Pirates (11-1) will now prepare for their match against Cook (Adel, GA). The Hornets go into the 2A Region 3 match with a 12-1 record. In their last match, Cook gained a win over Tattnall County (Reidsville, GA), 10-0, in a league match.
In their next game, the Cougars battle the Pierce County Bears (Blackshear, GA) in a 2A Region 3 match, on Tuesday, September 10. Crisp County will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record.
