In Friday's league bout, the McDermitt Bulldogs (McDermitt, NV) volleyball team knocked off the host Carlin Railroaders (Carlin, NV), by a margin of 3-0.

The Bulldogs now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Owyhee for a 1A Eastern bout on Saturday, September 6. McDermitt will clash with a Braves team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Rimrock (Bruneau, ID). The Braves record now stands at 6-2.
