The Cherokee Braves volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Smoky Mountain Mustangs to 2 in the Braves non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Braves now have a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Smoky Mountain for a non-league game on Wednesday, September 7. Cherokee will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 league loss to West Henderson (Hendersonville, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-4.
