The Titans go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Tinley Park lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL)

The Thunderbirds now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Crete-Monee for a Southland bout on Thursday, September 8. Thornwood will play a Warriors squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Rich Township (Olympia Fields, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 5-3.
