The Kettle Run Cougars volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Liberty Eagles to 0 in the Cougars league victory on Thursday.

The Cougars now have a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sherando for a Northwestern game on Tuesday, September 13. Kettle Run will meet a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to James Wood (Winchester, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-2.

The Eagles (3-1) will now prepare for their game against James Wood (Winchester, VA). The Colonels enter the Northwestern game with a 4-0 record. In their last game, James Wood gained a win over Sherando (Stephens City, VA), 3-0, in a league game.
