Virginia High School Volleyball - George C. Marshall overwhelmed by McLean

The McLean Highlanders were victorious over the host George C. Marshall Statesmen volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Monday's league outing.

The Highlanders now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to South Lakes for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 9. McLean will play a Seahawks team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Langley (McLean, VA). The Seahawks record now stands at 4-0.

The Statesmen (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Centreville (Clifton, VA). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, Centreville was dropped by Oakton (Vienna, VA), 3-0, in a league game.
