Indiana High School Soccer - Oldenburg Academy knocks off Union County

The Oldenburg Academy Twisters (Oldenburg, IN) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN), 7-0 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Twisters now own a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Ripley for a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 9. Oldenburg Academy will battle a Raiders team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Hauser (Hope, IN). The Raiders record now stands at 3-2.

The Patriots (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Union City (Union City, IN). The Indians enter the Tri-Eastern contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Union City held off Blackford (Hartford City, IN), 8-3, in a non-league contest.
