Fans at Monday's league battle between the Middletown Blue Raiders (Middletown, PA) and the visiting Big Spring Bulldogs (Newville, PA), saw Middletown's soccer squad knock off Big Spring by a count of 4-1.

The Blue Raiders (6-1) will now prepare for their battle against Camp Hill (Camp Hill, PA). The Lions enter the Mid-Penn - Capital battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Camp Hill tipped Susquehanna Township (Harrisburg, PA), 6-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the East Pennsboro Panthers (Enola, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Capital battle, on Wednesday, September 11. Big Spring will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 3-2 record after their 1-0 league win over Milton Hershey (Hershey, PA).
