North Carolina High School Volleyball - West Stanly over Mount Pleasant

The West Stanly Colts volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Mount Pleasant Tigers to 0 in the Colts non-league triumph on Monday.

The Colts now possess a 10-0 record. They play next when they host Forest Hills for a Rocky River 2A/3A outing on Tuesday, September 10. West Stanly will play a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Piedmont (Monroe, NC). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 0-10.

With the loss, Mount Pleasant drops to 5-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Albemarle (Albemarle, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a Yadkin Valley 1A/2A outing on Tuesday, September 10. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 5-4. Albemarle won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against South Davidson (Denton, NC)
