In Tuesday's league outing, the host Bandon/Pacific Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Sutherlin Bulldogs.
The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Umpqua Valley Christian (Roseburg, OR). The Monarchs go into the 3A/2A/1A-SD4 Special District 4 outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Umpqua Valley Christian South Umpqua (Myrtle Creek, OR), 1-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Gold Beach Panthers (Gold Beach, OR) in a 3A/2A/1A-SD4 Special District 4 outing, on Thursday, September 11. Sutherlin will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 1-1 record after their 9-4 league win over Douglas (Winston, OR).
