Nebraska High School Softball - Beatrice bounces Malcolm

Spectators at Tuesday's non-league game between the Beatrice Orangemen (Beatrice, NE) and the visiting Malcolm Clippers (Malcolm, NE), saw Beatrice's softball squad topple Malcolm by a score of 11-3.

With the triumph, Beatrice improves its record to 10-4 on the year. The Orangemen travel to Seward (Seward, NE) to play the Bluejays in a B District 6 game on Thursday, September 11. The Bluejays enter the game with a record of 2-5. Seward lost 9-1 in their recent league game against Norris (Firth, NE)

The Clippers now hold a 6-7 record. They play next when they host Central City for a non-league match on Thursday, September 11. Malcolm will battle a Bison team coming off a 12-0 non-league win over NEN (Wisner, NE). The Bison record now stands at 7-2.
