The Pierce County Bears triumphed over the host Crisp County Cougars softball team by a margin of 11-0 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Bears now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cook for a 2A Region 3 battle on Thursday, September 11. Pierce County will confront a Hornets team coming off a 3-1 league win over Appling County (Baxley, GA). The Hornets record now stands at 14-1.

With the loss, Crisp County moves to 3-8 on the season. The Cougars host Valdosta (Valdosta, GA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Monday, September 15. The Wildcats come into the battle with a record of 3-12. Valdosta lost 16-1 in their recent league battle against Colquitt County (Norman Park, GA)
