The Elizabeth Cardinals overwhelmed the host Sand Creek Scorpions softball squad by a count of 21-4 in Tuesday's league challenge.
Next, the Cardinals meet the Falcon Falcons (Falcon, CO) in a 4A/3A CSML North challenge, on Thursday, September 11. Elizabeth will attempt to upgrade on its 10-2 season record.
The Scorpions (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against The Classical Academy (Colorado Springs, CO). The Titans go into the 4A/3A CSML North challenge with a 7-3 record. In their last challenge, The Classical Academy toppled Sierra (Colorado Springs, CO), 19-2, in a league challenge.
