The Panthers (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Ashford (Ashford, AL). The Yellowjackets enter the 4A Area 3 battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Ashford achieved victory over Daleville (Daleville, AL), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

The Gamecocks now own a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Charles Henderson for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 11.
