Oakwood Academy Mustangs (Huntsville, AL) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mae Jemison Jaguars (Huntsville, AL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Oakwood Academy improves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Mustangs host Lee (Huntsville, AL) to face the Generals in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. The Generals go into the test with a record of 1-13.

The Jaguars now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lee for a 6A Area 16 challenge on Tuesday, September 9. Mae Jemison will meet a Generals team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Kate Duncan Smith DAR (Grant, AL). The Generals record now stands at 0-12.
