Illinois High School Volleyball - North Greene over West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs]

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting North Greene Spartans volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] Cougars.

The Spartans (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Carrollton (Carrollton, IL). The Hawks enter the Western Illinois Valley challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Carrollton beat Carlinville (Carlinville, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars meet the Calhoun Warriors (Hardin, IL) in a Western Illinois Valley test, on Thursday, September 11. West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 6-3 record after their 2-0 league win over Greenfield/Northwestern (Greenfield, IL).
