Softball Recap: Silex Finds Home Field Redemption Against Van-Far

There's no place like home for Silex, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They never let the Van-Far Indians get on the board and left with a 9-0 win on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Owls in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won seven in a row.

Rylen Jensen was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one double. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in October of 2024. Another player making a difference was Kherrington Morris, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Silex kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Silex's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Van-Far, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
