Softball Recap: Bleckley County Comes Up Short

Bleckley County fell victim to East Laurens and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Falcons. The Royals were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Falcons earlier this season, when they won 9-8.

Bleckley County's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5. As for East Laurens, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 14-2.

Bleckley County wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 20-0 victory against Southwest on the 18th. As for East Laurens, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Vidalia on the 17th.
