Softball Recap: Warrensburg Comes Up Short

Warrensburg lost against Pleasant Hill back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tigers came up short against the Roosters/Chicks, falling 13-3. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Reese Brown made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Warrensburg's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Pleasant Hill, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Warrensburg will venture away from home to challenge Belton at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Pleasant Hill, they will head out to take on Clinton at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
